NOJA Dance Education

1. Nature of the Initiative

NOJA Dance Education is an independent educational and cultural initiative dedicated to reflection, dialogue, and professional responsibility in dance education.

All activities developed under NOJA Dance Education, including the Mentorship for Dance Teachers, are non-formal, non-accredited, and non-therapeutic in nature.

NOJA Dance Education does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic services.

2. No Professional Substitution

The mentorship offered by NOJA Dance Education:

  • does not replace formal education, professional training, medical care, or psychological support

  • does not constitute professional certification, licensing, or qualification

  • does not provide individualized medical, psychological, or legal advice

Participants remain fully responsible for their professional decisions, teaching methods, and actions in their own educational contexts.

3. Responsibility and Autonomy

All participants engage in NOJA Dance Education activities voluntarily and retain full autonomy and responsibility over:

  • their teaching practice

  • their students

  • their professional and artistic choices

NOJA Dance Education is not responsible for outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by participants outside the mentorship sessions.

4. Limitation of Liability

NOJA Dance Education, its founder, and collaborators cannot be held liable for:

  • professional, artistic, pedagogical, or financial decisions made by participants

  • consequences arising from the application or interpretation of discussions held during mentorship sessions

  • any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation

Mentorship sessions are based on reflection and dialogue, not instruction or prescription.

5. Independence from Competitions and Institutions

NOJA Dance Education operates independently from competitions, institutions, and evaluation systems.

Participation in NOJA Dance Education has no influence on:

  • competition results

  • jury decisions

  • institutional evaluations

Any perceived association beyond stated values is coincidental and not contractual.

6. Confidentiality and Professional Conduct

Mentorship sessions rely on professional trust and discretion.

While NOJA Dance Education encourages confidentiality and respectful conduct, it cannot be held responsible for breaches of confidentiality committed by participants.

Participants are expected to:

  • respect the shared nature of discussions

  • refrain from recording or distributing content without consent

  • maintain professional discretion

7. Free of Charge Framework

NOJA Dance Education activities are offered as a free of charge educational platform.

Any private, individual, or additional professional services requested outside the mentorship framework may be subject to separate agreements and fees, determined independently by the involved professional or entrepreneur.

NOJA Dance Education does not assume responsibility for such external arrangements.

8. Right to Preserve the Mentorship Space

NOJA Dance Education reserves the right to:

  • limit participation

  • decline or discontinue participation

  • adjust formats or schedules

when necessary to protect the integrity, safety, coherence, and ethical foundation of the mentorship space.

Such decisions do not constitute judgments of professional competence or personal value.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

NOJA Dance Education operates as an international educational initiative.
In the absence of mandatory local provisions, any legal interpretation shall be governed by the applicable law of the founder’s country of residence.

10. Acceptance

By engaging with NOJA Dance Education activities, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted this Legal & Ethical Framework.
