PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Noja Ballet Training & Mentoring is a carefully curated 6-day summer intensive for dedicated ballet students seeking technical refinement, physical health, and clear artistic direction. This program integrates:
High-level ballet technique training
A dancer-specific health and conditioning program
Individual mentoring and long-term developmental planning
The focus is on quality over quantity, intelligent training, and sustainable progress. Rather than pushing volume, the program supports dancers in understanding how and why they train.
DAILY STRUCTURE
09:00 – 10:30 | Ballet Technique
A classical ballet class focusing on:
Correct placement and alignment
Turnout, coordination, and control
Strength, clarity, and efficiency of movement
Musicality, artistry, and performance presence
Individual technical corrections within a focused group setting
Break (15 minutes)
10:45 – 11:45 | Health & Conditioning Program
A structured, ballet-specific health session including:
Strength and stability to support technique
Mobility and flexibility training
Injury prevention strategies
Load management and recovery principles
Body awareness and functional movement habits
This component supports physical resilience and long-term training capacity.
Break (15 minutes)
12:00 – 13:00 | Mentoring & Personalized Development (The defining element of the program.)
Students receive:
Individual feedback based on continuous observation
One-on-one mentoring moments
Technical, physical, and artistic guidance
Support with mindset, motivation, and self-awareness
Each participant leaves with a Personalized Development Plan, outlining:
Technical priorities
Physical focus areas
Artistic development goals
Clear recommendations for future training
GROUP SIZE
To ensure the highest quality of training and mentoring:
Maximum: 10 students
Group size is intentionally limited to guarantee individual attention, safe training conditions, and meaningful mentoring.

APPLICATION & SELECTION
Due to the program's personalized, mentoring-based nature, participation is by application.
Applicants are asked to submit a short audition video to ensure appropriate placement, a homogeneous group level, and the highest quality of individual mentoring.
This process is not competitive, but serves as a placement and quality-assurance tool.

Audition Video Guidelines
Length: approximately 5–7 minutes
Format: one simple, unedited video
Please include:
Short barre (plié, tendu, dégagé)
Center work (adagio or pirouette preparation)
Small allegro
Optional pointe work (if applicable)
Professional filming is not required; clarity and simplicity are sufficient.
Deadlines & Waitlist
Application deadline: 15 June 2026
Applications may close earlier if the program reaches capacity
Accepted dancers must confirm their place with a 30% deposit
Once the program is full, suitable applicants will be placed on a waitlist
Waitlisted applicants will be contacted if a place becomes available
