  • High-level ballet technique training

  • A dancer-specific health and conditioning program

  • Individual mentoring and long-term developmental planning

The focus is on quality over quantity, intelligent training, and sustainable progress. Rather than pushing volume, the program supports dancers in understanding how and why they train.

APPLICATION & SELECTION

Due to the program's personalized, mentoring-based nature, participation is by application.

Applicants are asked to submit a short audition video to ensure appropriate placement, a homogeneous group level, and the highest quality of individual mentoring.
This process is not competitive, but serves as a placement and quality-assurance tool.
